My passion for interior design stems from childhood.  For many years I fed my passion for creativity through a career in the Marketing industry, a very visual and inventive environment.

Since arriving in the UK (from Belgium in 1999) we have lived in various places, where every time I would complete the renovation project for each house or apartment. Conducting, leading and managing these projects has led me to develop the necessary skills to propel my professional career in project management and interior design.

I enjoy the amazing process of creating or transforming some dull, dated or unpractical rooms into beautiful yet functional spaces with a special touch.

I was featured twice in the magazine Beautiful Homes.

I was then luckily to be able to develop further my passion for interiors and houses. In 2018, after studying for a year at KLC, I merged my expertise and passion into Pauline Interiors.

I believe that  there is a hidden value of design, that the design of your house can affect your mood and well being.

I feel people are happier, calmer and more themselves when the environment they live in, where they evolve with their family and friends etc, where they come back to after work, is well though of, custom while being personal, and aesthetically pleasing.

I apply the same method for my clients as I would for me. So my projects are as functional as they are beautiful. I spend time with each of my clients understanding their needs and style. I consider how the space will be used and how people will move through it. I then involve them if they wish in every step of the design process, from lighting to detailed joinery.

I enjoyed the fact that many aspects of my personality are used. The obvious one might be the sense of style, creativity and visualization but also the attention to details, interpersonal skills and last but not least management skills!
